You will receive a personalized treatment plan tailored to you from a variety of different psychotherapeutic techniques. I work with my clients every step of the way to help them develop new attitudes towards all of life’s most complex matters.

Mindfulness & Life Coaching: The purpose of a life coach session is to assist in helping you overcome struggles and set achievable goals. It all starts with a conversation about what areas of your life you are wanting to transform. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. Learn these techniques for a more present life either on the ground or in the saddle.

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and hold certifications in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and  teaching Yoga. I offer a much different experience than traditional talk therapy, reconnecting people to the outdoors, which offers the opportunity to use all senses while learning, discovering, and processing mental and emotional challenges. Whether you're looking to tackle goals through Life Coaching, wanting to learn to be present in your body and mind through yoga and mindfulness training or want to stick with traditional therapy in a traditional (office) or non-traditional location (outdoors), I offers individualized treatment plans to meet your needs.

I work with children, adolescents, adult individuals, and families to address a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-criticism, and life transitions. My mission as a clinician is to collaboratively walk with you or through whatever hardships you are experiencing in order to accomplish the goals that are important to you.
